Booking can be made by phone or email.
Rooms will be available from 2pm on day of arrival. Guests may arrive earlier if they wish
Vacate room on day of departure by 10am or by prior arrangement.
There is no wheelchair access. Our access report is available on request.

Payment

£20 per person non-refundable deposit to secure booking.
Confirmation letter / email will be sent on receipt of deposit.
Cheques and postal orders made payable to Elaine Gilmour.
We do not take payment by card.
The full balance must be paid at time of arrival.

Terms

Any damage caused to the rooms or anywhere else in the building will be charged for. This includes extra laundry costs for sick or wet beds and extra cleaning charges for a room smoked in or excessively messy rooms (e.g. food or biscuits trodden into the floor).

If a toilet is put out of action because an unsuitable item has been put down it, a repair charge will be made.

One set of keys is given per room on check in. Keys must not be given to any other person. Lost keys will incur £10 surcharge for locks to be changed.

No unauthorised persons are allowed in the guest house at any time without the permission of the owner. Any unregistered person will be asked to leave together with the registered guest.

We reserve the right to evict any person or person, without compensation, who have damaged the property or who are a nuisance, danger or are abusive to any guests or employees.

We are a non-smoking guest house. Guests are welcome to smoke at the front of the house where an ashtray is provided. Anyone smoking on the premises will be asked to leave without refund.
